1. A cleared space of at least 100 square feet is required for one dancer. A bit more for 2 or 3 dancers.

2. Dancer(s) require a secure room to change and to leave their belongings.

3. Change room must be made immediately available after the performance. It is not acceptable for the dancer to be hanging around in her costume.

4. Dancers are present for performance purposes only. Interaction before or after with the audience is not permitted.

5. A proper music system is required. A simple CD player or boombox is not enough (and not friendly with Arabic music).

6. A properly dressed escort may accompany the dancer. A seat must be provided for the escort and the escort will not be demanded to pay any admission into the event.

7. Any inappropriate behavior during the show will result in the immediate termination of the show and full payment will be demanded.

8. Minimum charge is half an hour. This is regardless of the dancer being hired to dance for 5min or 30min.

9. Please give an accurate arrival and performance time. Delays beyond half an hour grace period will incur a charge of $50 per 15mins interval. Depending on other bookings that night, the show may be cancelled after this grace period and full payment will be demanded.

10. Failure to follow terms and conditions by the client will give the dancer the right of refusal to perform and still get paid in full.

11. Dancers do not perform at all male parties under any circumstances.

12. Cancellations Policy:

• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation must be made one week before the performance date, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee is due.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the performance date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Additional Considerations

During the Show:

The audience should not see Maha in costume until it is time for her entrance.

Guests are asked to remain seated during the show and may dance with Maha only when invited by her.

Tips for the DJ:

Music must be played loud and fill the room.

The CD must be played from beginning to end.

The CD is never to be mixed in or out with other music.

The CD music is never to be altered in any way while Maha is dancing. Special effects deemed interesting by the DJ will result in missed cue's for the dancer.
