Glossary Of Costume Conditions

These costumes are used; therefore, they will show signs of wear. The following will help you get a better idea of their condition.

Excellent - Little to no wear. Skirts may have very minor markings on them or small catches. Little to no bead loss.

Good - Some sign of wear such as minor bead/crystal loss, markings or catches on skirts.

Fair - Will need some TLC but still has dance life in it! Has more bead/crystal loss and may need repairs along seams.

*All costumes can be hand washed with delacate fabric soap (though some shrinkage may occur). It is best not to soak garmets with beads or scrub on decorated areas. Costumes are hand washed prior to sending them off to their new homes.
